"It’s true that Razvozzhaev has been transferred to Moscow. He has been placed in one of Moscow’s pre-trial detention centres," the Investigative Committee said. According to Polit.ru, Leonid Razvozzhaev’s legal counsel, Dmitry Agranovsky, has said that his client has again gone missing. Agranovsky said that Razvozzhaev could have been taken to Khabarovsk. At the beginning of March, Agranovsky said that Razvozzhaev was to be transferred to Moscow on the first available guarded train. The pre-trial detention centre in Irkutsk had been informed of this at the beginning of the month.
