The election statistics are presented as a download (in CVS format) that can be viewed in Microsoft Excel. The information presented in this way is easily accessible and the figures can be quickly worked on by a computer, unlike the statistical tables to be found on the website of the Central Electoral Commission, Polit.ru writes. Golos is a non-political Russian non-profit founded in 2000 to protect the rights of Russian voters and the development of civil society. Today Golos works in 40 Russian regions. |
