· The Judiciary

The International Commission of Jurists has published a report on “The State of the Judiciary in Russia” based on the results of the Commission’s research mission on judicial reform to the Russian Federation in June 2010. The report is attached (see below) in Russian and English. The report concludes with specific recommendations on overcoming the current crisis in the judiciary.
