Statement against the closing down in Russia of humanitarian, philanthropic, human rights and socially beneficial activity of non-profit organizations, and the labeling of most such organizations as carrying out “the functions of a foreign agent.”

“We, Russian citizens and representatives of Russian non-profit, non-governmental organizations, express our dismay and protest against the passing of bill No. 102766-6 “On introducing amendments to specific lawas of the Russian Federation with regard to regulation of the activities of non-profit organizations that are carrying out the functions of a foreign agent”…
