The civic action is called “Catwalk in White”, and to all appearances will be another “promenade”, although this time Muscovites will take a walk on Red Square and intend to spend two hours there — from 14:00 until 16:00. As Ridus.ru reports, the organizers do not plan to hold a rally, to carry any kind of placards or to shout out slogans.
