Activist Vadim Dergachev, arrested during the “Occupy the Investigative Committee” protest on 16 June, has been sentenced to 10 days' in jail, his lawyer Violetta Volkova tweeted on 18 June according to a report on the site Kasparov.Ru. Dergachev was found guilty of violating Article 19.3 of the Russian Administrative Code («Insubordination to the lawful demands of a police officer»).
