In the ‘principles of banning use of torture’ the prosecutors found ‘appeals to enter into conflict with the authorities.’ The prosecutor of St. Petersburg Admiralty district believes that the report on human rights presented in November 2012 at a session of the UN Committee Against Torture contains ‘indications of appeals to enter into conflict with the current authorities and state structures.’ [Read more] |
