On October 22, 2012, after nearly a two-week break, Moscow’s Simonovsky district court held a planned hearing in the second criminal case against Leonid Nevzlin. Russian prosecutors have charged the former Vice President of Yukos with the misappropriation of shares of subsidiaries of the Eastern Oil Company [itself a subsidiary of Yukos] worth 3.6 billion roubles.
