Pussy Riot Members Appeal to Medvedev

The members of the Pussy Riot punk music group currently held in pre-trial detention have appealed to President Dmitry Medvedev stating that their constitutional rights have been violated. 

As their lawyer Nikolai Polozov said on 27 April, the women’s letter was to be handed to Medvedev by the journalist Marianna Maksimovskaya before the interview he gave to Russian TV channels on 26 April. [Read more]
