Opposition activist Leonid Razvozzhaev has reappeared in Chelyabinsk, where he was transported under guard from Irkutsk, according to the Twitter account of State Duma deputy Ilya Ponomarev on 14th March. It remains unknown which detention centre is holding Razvozzhaev. [Read more]
