The head of the Presidential Council on Human Rights, Mikhail Fedotov, has written to Prosecutor General Yury Chaika and the head of the Investigative Committee, Aleksandr Bastrykin, about the case of opposition activist Leonid Razvozzhaev, who has alleged that he was abducted and tortured, Ekho of St. Petersburg reports, citing Interfax.
